We stock 20" Clip In Extensions  .  Our stock moves quickly. We receive 2-3 shipments per week and is constantly moving. Please allow 1 week for delivery for in stock orders or email to see if a rush order is possible.   

If we don't have your color and length in stock the day your order, we'll let you know if it's on it's way to us that week or if we need to do a custom order for it. If you can't wait for a custom order if that is case, we will refund.

Sets shorter or longer than 20" will need to be custom orders and will take up to 2 weeks. Please email us if you have any questions.

    When Will My Order Ship

    Please allow 3 business days for orders to ship.
    Orders are sent to my office from my warehouse as ordered to save on costs and we can pass those savings onto you.
    Orders Placed Monday will ship Thursday
    Orders Place Tuesday will ship Friday
    Orders placed Wednesday and Thursday will ship the following Monday
    Order placed Friday will ship Wednesday
    Once order is placed, you'll receive a processing email on what date we expect your order to ship. Then we will ship either USPS priority or express or overnight shipping as selected.
    ** shipping estimates assume no shipping delays **
    Route shipping insurance is added onto your order automatically but can be opted out. This is highly recommended in the event there are lost or stolen packages. KmXtend is not responsive for lost or stolen packages.
    If there will be any expected delays we will send an email or SMS before hand. Please sign up for email or text alerts.

    Returns & Refunds Policy

    There are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders. 


    A. RETURNS FOR DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and inspect the issue and make it right.  To return your product, you should contact us by email. We will need the hair returned to us to do a thorough inspection and see if the problem is a manufacturing defect.

    A final submission determination will be issued within 10 business days of receipt. If your item is found to be defective (manufacturing defect), a replacement or store credit will be provided.  We reserve the right to determine the amount of store credit or replacement products.Please be advised, refunds will not be issued on Quality Control Submissions.Manufacturing defects DO NOT cover the following:● Defects from improper application.● Defects from improper use of the product (Not using proper hair care, coloring, cutting the wefts, etc) and final sale items.● Defects from personal attempts to alter the extensions in any way from its original form.● Excess use of heat and improper care of the extensions.

    • Using products not sulfate free. We also do not recommend Olaplex and will not replace any hair if olaplex was used. 

    ● Color fading

     

    Return and Replacement of Products.  

    1. Non-Hair Goods. Returns for all non-hair goods (i.e. accessories and equipment) must be made within fourteen (14) days after the  receipt of the applicable Product order. All returned goods must be unused, unaltered, undamaged and sealed in their original packaging. KmXtend does not accept returns or exchanges for hair extensions. Any defective Products will need to be submitted within 30 days of purchase and may be fully or partially replaced at KmXtend’s cost, provided they are returned within the 30-day period and the product was deemed to be defective. Hair will need to be completely removed and returned for inspection.  All returns must include a return authorization number, or they will not be accepted at KmXtend’s facility. Please contact KmXtend prior to returning any Products to obtain such number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of buyer. 
    2. Hair Extensions.  If there is a manufacturing defect, the hair extensions in questions must be returned to KmXtend for inspection within 30 days of receipt - no exceptions. After performing a quality control inspection, KmXtend will determine if there is in fact a manufacturing defect and whether a full or partial replacement Product(s)  is necessary.   

     

    B. RETURN PROCESS

    To start a return, you can contact us at Email: info@kmxtend.com or call us +1 803-470-5566 If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package for inspection. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will not accept returns after 10 days of the original inquiry.

    C. EXCHANGES

    We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at Email: info@kmxtend.com or call us +1 803-470-5566. If the color needs exchanged for another color, please contact us prior.

    D. RESTOCKING FEE

    15% restocking fee. 

    E. REFUNDS

    We do not offer any refunds on hair. Sales are final. If there is a defective item, see above for the process on manufacturing defects for potential replacement.
