How do I create an account on KM Xtend Website?
You can either navigate to the “Create Account” section by clicking here or through the dropdown menu on the top right area of the website. Fill in the relevant information on the form and submit it by clicking on the “Create” button on the form.
Will I be able to edit my account information?
If you desire any changes in your account information, such as your name and email ID, let us know and we will do it from here promptly.
What to do if I forget my password?
You can get to the “Login” details page either by clicking here or at the top right section of our Website. Click “Forget your password?” button on the page or click here to navigate to the “Reset Your Password” page. Fill in the email address associated with your account in the “Email” field and click the “Submit” button. You will be emailed with the instructions for resetting your password on that email address. Follow them to reset your password.

How can I place my order?
You can access your desired product either by:
Searching by name in the search bar located on top of the webpage
Clicking on your desired item after selecting it from the top menu bar right below the search bar
Clicking on your desired category label/image, product name given below on the webpage
Once you are satisfied with the product, select your desired size and/or color and then click on “Buy it now” button if you want to order only one product. Or, you can click on “Add to Cart” button if you want to buy more products. This will display your shopping cart at the right side of the screen. To proceed with your order from there, click on the “Checkout” button and follow the instructions to make payment and complete the order.
Is it possible for me to place an order without making my account?
Yes, it is. Simply click on “Add to Cart” or “Buy it now” button and proceed as elaborated above.
Do I get multiple payment options?
Yes, you do. Our checkout process guides you to our current payment options through which you can make your payment. Please note that we will not be able to ship your order until we receive payment from you.

How long it takes you in shipping my order?

Delivery time may also vary depending upon the shipping option you choose and the postal speed in your particular location.
What will be my shipping charges?
Shipping charges are calculated automatically prior to the submission of your payment information. A host of factors play a part in final shipping charges including the shipping method you select and the weight of the item.

Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, KM Xtend ship through the USA, UK and Europe, though we plan on expanding our shipment services to other places around the globe soon.
Who is liable to pay for duties and taxes?
Some taxes and duties might be involved in orders shipped to destinations outside the United Kingdom. You are advised to consult your local customs office for further details on such duties and taxes.
KM Xtend will not be liable in any case to:
Pay such duties, taxes and other additional charges of the kind.
Make a partial or full refund to any customer not willing to pay for these related costs.
Do I get any guarantee from KM Xtend for the purchases I make here?
KM Xtend offer 100% satisfaction – guaranteed within 30 days from purchase if the hair is deemed to be defective for any reason.
